1. Acceptance
By using SkillScan AI (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
SkillScan provides an AI interview simulator, resume analysis, and a hiring CRM. Outputs (scores, verdicts, study plans) are estimates for guidance and do not guarantee any hiring outcome or employment.
3. Accounts
Authentication is handled by Clerk. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
4. Payments
Paid interview packs and company plans are billed via Stripe. Fees are shown before purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once an interview credit has been consumed.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate the rights of others or applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
The Service and its content are owned by the operator. You retain rights to the content you submit (e.g. your resume and answers).
7. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
